Ordering & personalization
Can I order directly online?+
Yes. Products marked for direct checkout can be ordered online with cash on delivery. The fixed checkout total includes the UAE delivery charge, and you receive an order number immediately.
Will you check the spelling?+
Yes. We review the submitted text and confirm spelling and layout before production. You remain responsible for approving names and wording.
Can I request something not in the shop?+
Yes. Use Create Your Own to upload a reference and describe the size, purpose, quantity and deadline. We reply with feasibility and a quotation.
Production & delivery
When will my order be delivered?+
For normal direct-checkout items, estimated UAE delivery is 4–7 business days after you approve the design proof. This includes production, quality checks, packing and courier transit. Custom, complex and bulk work may take longer and is confirmed separately.
How are orders made?+
Design, 3D printing and quality checks are completed carefully in small batches.
Do you deliver across the UAE?+
Yes. Direct online orders include a fixed AED 10 UAE courier charge in the final checkout total.
Materials & care
What are the products made from?+
All launch products use PLA. Each product page includes relevant heat, sunlight, age and care guidance.
Are 3D-printed products perfectly smooth?+
Fine layer lines are a normal characteristic of FDM 3D printing. Each piece is checked for finish, stability and function before packing.
How should I care for my piece?+
Keep it away from strong heat and prolonged direct sunlight unless the product page says otherwise. Clean gently with a soft damp cloth; do not use a dishwasher.
