Can I order directly online?+
Yes. Products marked for direct checkout can be personalized and sent as an order request online. We confirm the final details before production.
Will you check the spelling?+
Yes. We review the submitted text and confirm spelling and layout before production. You remain responsible for approving names and wording.
Can I request something not in the shop?+
Yes. Use Create Your Own to upload a reference and describe the size, purpose, quantity and deadline. We reply with feasibility and a quotation.
Production & delivery
How long does production take?+
Typical lead times range from 2–7 working days depending on the item. Complex and bulk work may take longer. Your confirmed timing is shared before production.
How are orders made?+
Design, 3D printing and quality checks are completed carefully in small batches.
Do you deliver across the UAE?+
Yes. Delivery is available across the UAE, with collection by arrangement. Final method and timing are confirmed with the order.
Materials & care
What are the products made from?+
Most launch products use PLA or PETG depending on the use case. The product page states the planned material and relevant safety guidance.
Are 3D-printed products perfectly smooth?+
Fine layer lines are a normal characteristic of FDM 3D printing. Each piece is checked for finish, stability and function before packing.
How should I care for my piece?+
Keep it away from strong heat and prolonged direct sunlight unless the product page says otherwise. Clean gently with a soft damp cloth; do not use a dishwasher.
