Keep PLA away from strong heat
Do not leave standard PLA pieces in a hot vehicle, beside a heater or near a cooking surface. Heat can soften or deform the material. Follow any product-specific placement note supplied with the piece.
Limit prolonged direct sunlight
Indoor display is best for standard PLA unless a product is specifically described for another setting. Long exposure to direct sun and heat can affect color and shape.
Clean gently by hand
Use a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid dishwashers, boiling water, harsh chemicals, abrasive sponges and soaking. Dry the piece after cleaning, especially around joined parts or lettering.
Handle small and decorative parts carefully
Do not bend thin lettering, hooks or decorative details. Keep small components away from young children when the product is not explicitly identified as a toy. Inspect practical pieces periodically and stop using a damaged item.
Understand the printed finish
Fine horizontal layer lines are normal in FDM printing and do not automatically indicate a defect. Nasma3D checks each piece for its intended function, visible print issues, stability and finish before packing.
